How does the Covid Cover work?

Refundable Booking lets your guests arrange an exciting summer holiday in 2021 without the worry. All they have to do is just tick the box when they book, and they’ll be covered.

If they then need to cancel their break, all they need to do is apply online with evidence of their reason for cancelling and once approved, the refund goes directly into their chosen bank account within 4 days – no hassle! Refunds are available on bookings made through Michael Paul Holidays up to a maximum value of £5,000 per person. This includes the entire transaction, including booking fees and any holiday extras. Please note that this option is only available at the time of booking!

What’s Covered?

Refundable Booking covers your bookings for a wide variety of cancellation circumstances, including if your guests are required to self-isolate due to contracting COVID-19 within two weeks of the starting date of their holiday. The refunds are available if your guests need to cancel their holiday for any of the following reasons:
