We’ll generate bookings and enter them into your property management system. If your system integrates with Rentals United or directly into online travel agents such as PitchUp or Booking.com we can set this up and look after all sales channels and data management, with all data flow being GDPR compliant.

Customer Service

We’ll answer customer service enquiries to the resort, including complaints, through a dedicated call centre in the resort’s name.

Revenue Management

We’ll provide complete revenue management for your business, ensuring that your park’s pricing is set at the optimal rate and continually reviewing it. An important element of this will be processing your data, including its collection and profiling of customer demographics, as well as deciding how best to use it in order to boost revenue.
